CANCELLATION / DECLARATION
If you wish to cancel your booking, please do this by sending an email with your full name and booking ID (shown on your booking confirmation) to email@example.com.
If the booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before your reservation starts, the fee will be refunded by Gone Fishing. Cancellations of bookings less than 24 hours before the reservation starts, is non-refundable.
Gone Fishing reserves the right to cancel the booking up to the date of departure in case of bad weather conditions that make navigation of the boat impossible, dangerous or otherwise deemed inappropriate by Gone Fishing. In such a case, the full amount will be refunded.
A proof of identification must be provided before the sailing trip begins.
The master of the vessel must be 18 years old or older and remain sober during the entire sailing trip.
Renter of the boat takes full responsibility for vessel with equipment.
Renter and drivers of boat must read and understand the rules before starting the sailing trip.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The renter of the boat takes full responsibility and can be held accountable if the vessel, engine, and/or equipment are not returned in the same conditions as by start of the rental.
In the events of major damage to boat, motor, or other equipment, the renter of the boat is obliged to pay an excess of up to DKK 4,000.
RULES OF SAILING
It is the responsibility of the renter of the boat that the boat is sailed according to the applicable rules of the maritime authority.
The boat must never be left unattended unless agreed with the owner of Gone Fishing.
Always keep as much distance as possible to other boats.
It is encouraged to wear lifejackets during the sailing. Life jackets must not be used for swimming.
Do not throw any waste in the water.
Flammable objects are prohibited aboard the boats.
Larger music systems and loud behavior are prohibited aboard the boats.
Irresponsible behavior, such as significant intake of alcohol, is not permitted by any of the individuals on board.
RULES REGARDING RENTAL
On days with many reservations, an additional DKK 200 is added to the final fee for each commenced 15 minutes the sailing trip is extended in relation to the agreed rental period.
On days with few reservations and if agreed with the owner of Gone Fishing, the normal hourly rate is paid proportionally per 15 minutes the sailing trip is extended in relation to the agreed rental period.
It is the responsibility of the renter of the boat to notify the owner of Gone Fishing in case of delays after closing hours. If this does not happen and the owner of Gone Fishing deems it necessary to file a missing person report, the costs will be charged to the renter of the boat.
The owner of Gone Fishing is not responsible in case of cancellation of a booking due to weather conditions, missing vessels due to theft, or similar. The rental fee and deposit will in these cases be refunded.
The owner of Gone Fishing may refuse or suspend rental of the boats at any time if it is deemed unsafe by the owner to sail or if the rules above are ignored.
In case of damage to the boat, excess fee is DKK 7,500 and is charges at the end of the rental period.

RULES FOR RENTET EQUIPMENT:
- The boat is inspected for damages before sailing
- In case of collision and/or grounding, Gone Fishing must be notified immediately
- Small injuries must be notified to Gone Fishing when the sailing is complete
- Life jackets inflated during the rental period costs DKK 150.
- Rented floating suits, boots and more are inspected for damages upon return. If danamged, an additional fee will be added to the total amount.
- Fishing lures and jigs will be charged individually upon loss
- All fishing equipment has to be returned in the same condition as when rented. All equipment has to be replaced by the renter of the boat upon loss.
